The Service includes:
- scheduled phone calls
- weekly digest summaries
- SBAR-style notes for care teams
- non-clinical signals about wellbeing patterns
- priority indicators and missed-call patterns
- shared family access
HelloDear! does **not** provide medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or emergency services.

## 2. Eligibility
You may use the Service if:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you have legal permission to enroll the older adult (“Participant”)
- you have obtained informed consent from the Participant, unless you have documented legal authority to act on their behalf

## 3. Non-Clinical Nature of the Service
HelloDear! is **not** a medical service.
We do not:
- diagnose or treat health conditions
- provide medical or therapeutic advice
- act as an emergency or crisis service
- replace professional caregivers or healthcare providers
All information generated by the Service is supportive only, helping families and care teams stay informed.
If you believe the Participant is in danger, unwell, or requires urgent help, contact emergency services immediately.

## 4. Consent
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- the Participant understands they will receive automated or assisted phone calls
- the Participant agrees to the calls, data collection, and analysis
- you have permission to share or access their wellbeing summaries
- you have legal authority if the Participant is unable to give consent

You agree not to:
- misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its functioning
- use insights or signals as medical advice or diagnosis
- provide false information about the Participant
- enroll a person without lawful authority or consent

Care teams agree to use the Service in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.

- call delivery may be affected by telephone networks
- weekly digests and summaries may vary based on conversations
